E-Bikes

  • Frames: 2 Years against manufacturing defect.
  • Motors, controllers, batteries: 1 year warranty (standard across most e-bike brands).
  • Other electrical parts: 1 Year.
  • Wear-and-tear items (tyres, brake pads) not covered.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Improper assembly, maintenance, or modification.
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • Water damage if used beyond manufactures rating.

How to Claim

  1. Contact us at support@volture.com with your order number and issue.
  2. Provide photos/videos of the fault.
  3. we'll liaise with the manufacturer and arrange repair, replacement, or parts.
  4. In some cases, we may direct you to an authorised service centre.
